PAM WAGNER RECEIVES DIRECT CARE STAFF AWARD

Creighton, NE—Pam Wagner, a laundry/Certified Nurse’s Aide at Creighton Care Centre for the past 2

years, was among the 70+ long term care employees who were nominated for direct care staff awards

that were presented at the Nebraska Health Care Association Mid-Year Convention held in Kearney April

22-24, 2008. A total of 12 awards were presented statewide recognizing individuals for their

outstanding service to the long term care profession.

Pam was nominated by her peer staff for the positive energy she brings to her job

responsibilities. Her co-workers describe Pam as “a ray of sunshine to everyone”. Pam and her family

are active in their church and in community events sponsored through their church. She is a volunteer

on the Relay for Life team.

Creighton Care Centre is a 46 bed long term care facility. The mission of Creighton Area Health Services
