Creighton Area Health ServicesVERDIGRE CLINIC SURVEY RESULTS
CREIGHTON, NE—The Verdigre Clinic recently completed a survey of several community members. Surveys were mailed to 200 patients chosen at random from a list of patient visits. All patients surveyed had been a patient at the clinic for at least two years. Patients were asked to mail the completed surveys to an outside source, who then tabulated the results.
Sixty-eight (34%) of the surveys were returned. Results indicate that patients are satisfied to extremely satisfied with ease of making appointments (100%), courtesy of staff (100%), and length of time waited between making appointment and the day of the visit (100%). In addition, 71% of patients definitely would recommend their doctor to their family or friends.
Jeff Lingerfelt, CEO at Creighton Area Health Services said, “We cannot improve our services without input from our patients. We appreciate all those who were contacted and filled out the survey.” Results are being reviewed by Creighton Area Health Services, who is committed to offering the highest quality health care to the residents of Verdigre and the surrounding communities.
